Governing Documents
Undergraduate Student Government Downtown works under a number of governing documents.
Constitution
The Constitution is a document that binds all components of the Associated Students of Arizona State University. Each student government branch must abide by the same Constitution, and if a change is made, it must be approved by each branch.
Elections Code
The Elections Codes are a set of rules that students running for student government positions must abide by. The document is approved by each campus of Arizona State University after revisions are made every year.
Bylaws
The Bylaws are specific to the Undergraduate Student Government on the Downtown Phoenix campus of Arizona State University. The bylaws are revised by Senators in the acting legislature and change throughout the year.
Core Values
Our Core Values are formulated each year with input from each student government member. The document changes depending on the acting legislature, which agrees to abide by the core values during their time in student government.
